The content on this website is general information about NDIS supports and Careable's services. It is not legal, financial, medical or NDIS planning advice. Please check your situation with the NDIA, your plan manager, your support coordinator or your health professionals.
3. Our free tools
The plan budget planner, SIL roster of care tool and respite cost tool give estimates based on what you enter and the NDIS price limits current at the time. An estimate is not a quote, a service agreement or a funding decision. What you enter stays in your browser; we don't store it or receive it. Anonymous usage counts are covered by our Privacy Policy.
4. Enquiries and referrals
When you send us an enquiry or referral, we handle your information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Trade marks and content
Careable® and the Careable logo are registered trade marks of A3V Group Pty Ltd, used under licence by Livlly Technologies Pty Ltd. The content, design and tools on this website are owned by or licensed to Careable. You may print or share pages for your own use or to support a participant, as long as you don't change them and you credit Careable. Please ask us before using them for any other purpose.
The "We ♥ NDIS — Registered NDIS Provider" logo is used in line with the NDIA's logo guidelines. NDIS is a trade mark of the National Disability Insurance Agency.
6. Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as the NDIS and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, for your information. We aren't responsible for their content.
7. Our responsibility
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but NDIS rules and prices change. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
