The work

• In-home support. One-to-one shifts in people's own homes and community: personal care, meals, appointments, outings.
• Supported Independent Living. Shifts in our homes in Heidelberg Heights and Macleod, including sleepover and active night shifts.
• Where. Banyule, Darebin, Nillumbik, Whittlesea and Whitehorse.

What you'll need

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or apply before you start)
• Current first aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed
• Driver's licence and a comprehensive-insured car for in-home roles
• The right to work in Australia
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
• Working with Children Check, for roles that need it

What you get

• Pay under the SCHADS Award, casual or part-time
• A paid induction before your first shift
• Shifts near where you live, rostered in advance
• A team leader you can call on shift

How to apply

1. Email hr@careable.com.au with your resume and the role or area you want. Subject: "Application — [role]".
2. We call you for a short phone chat.
3. Interview, then reference checks.
4. Offer and onboarding. We ask for ID, checks and certificates only after an offer, through our onboarding process.
5. Induction, then your first shifts.

Please don't send ID, licences or check results with your application. We don't need them until an offer, and email isn't the place for them.

We don't take applications through this website.
