Who we are
Careable is a registered NDIS provider operating across Melbourne and Victoria. We support people with disability to live the life they choose — in their own homes, in our SIL homes, and in the community.
We offer a comprehensive range of NDIS services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Hospital to Home transitions, psychosocial disability support, in-home care, community access, respite and short-term accommodation, community nursing and support coordination.
We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and operate under the NDIS Practice Standards. Our team is committed to delivering safe, person-centred support that is accountable to participants, families and the broader NDIS framework.

We specialise in supporting people with psychosocial disability and complex needs, and we’re registered to implement behaviour support plans for participants with behaviours of concern.
