What is support coordination?
Support Coordination is a funded NDIS support that helps participants understand their plan, connect with the right providers and build the capacity to manage their own supports over time. A Support Coordinator works with participants to implement their NDIS plan, set up service agreements and coordinate supports across multiple providers.
Levels we provide
Level 1 — Support Connection
Help connecting with informal, community and funded supports in your plan.
Level 2 — Support Coordination
Coordinating a mix of supports across providers. This is the most common level of support coordination.

Managing conflict of interest
Where Careable provides both Support Coordination and other supports, we manage conflict of interest transparently. Participants are offered genuine choice — including other providers — and any decision to use Careable for multiple supports is documented through a signed conflict-of-interest declaration. You remain in full control of who delivers your supports.
